Mogwaï Beer Company has started its journey in May 2022 in Mundolsheim, in the neighborhood of Strasbourg, France. We only produce one time brews and so, don’t have any core range beers. We like to use atypical ingredients to surprise people with stupid beers (Pizza Style Gose, Sauerkraut Gose, etc…) or in traditional styles, but with a twist (Pils with Buffalo Grass, Märzen with Java Pepper, Doppelbock with Black Curry, Rice Lager with Pandan, etc…). And obviously we also enjoy hoppy beers like NEIPA or Old School IPA… sometimes with a twist (Cold IPA with red chili, Old School Double IPA with Keffir Lime, etc…), and sometimes in a way that maybe nobody has ever explored yet (Triple Black NEIPA). In short : the sky is the limit !
